Bring on the boozy Easter brunch! There's nothing like the iconic Lindt chocolate bunny for all hostess gifts, Easter baskets or an indulgent treat, which is why it's the perfect treat for your favorite alcoholic beverage (or just chocolate milk for the kiddos!). The beauty is you can really serve this decadent dessert with any of your favorite cocktails or liquor, and garnish with mint or flowers for a whimsical touch.
INGREDIENTS
Lindt chocolate bunnies
Chocolate liquor
Caramel
Mint for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Choose one bunny, unwrap the gold foil around the chocolate bunny ears. Be careful to not touch the chocolate without gloves incase it melts from your fingers.
Heat a chefs night over a stove burner for a few seconds. Take the heated knife and start sawing back and forth on the ears until they are cut off.
Pour the chocolate liquor into the hollow chocolate bunny, add a swirl of caramel for additional flavor.
Garnish with mint (or fresh flowers!). Insert a paper straw. Repeat until you have enough bunnies for your guests. Enjoy!
